UP-Manila grad tops Nursing Licensure Exams

A University of the Philippines-Manila graduate topped the November 2017 Nurse Licensure Examination, according to the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC).

Raymund Kernell Balmaceda Mañago topped the exams with a rating of 89 percent to lead 5,875 successful examinees out of 12,869 nurse-hopefuls.

The examination was administered in Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga last month.

The second placer is Veronica Louise Ganalon Necor (88.80) from the University of Santo Tomas followed by Princess Kenya Capacio (88.0) of Central Mindanao University and Hannah Grace Da-ang Pugong from the University of the Philippines School of Health and Sciences-Leyte.

In fourth place are Maria Cecilia Gurion Campos of Lorma College (87.80) and Iya Rae Desiree Coronal Delgado from Aklan State University (Aklan SCA) - Banga.

Fifth placers are Abigail Bualat Auman (87.60), Quenna May Sagayadoro Galicinao, Angelica Ann Louise Chua Ignacio, and Ingrid Paula Jacela Nicolas.

Kristine Chelsea Shynne Morales Evangelista (87.40) and Erika Obsilla Kitajima placed sixth.

In seventh place are: Cherry Vey Jorlynne Valle Dominice (87.20), Raya Kathreen Tapang Fuentes, Ma. Paz Rochelle Mingo Quidlat, Gerardeanne Tenorio Reposar, Maria Ann Grace Olarte Samaco.

The eighth placers are: Angelu Gabrielle Eufemia Castro (87.0), Christian Owen Pasion Domingo, Krissa Isabel Javier Gonzales, Sevie Heinrich Leaño Sagucio, Athena Zea Marie Magsombol Velina.

Successful examinees who made it to ninth place are the following: Julia Angela Sogo-an Apatan (86.80), Arlen Dedicatoria Aquino, Dhonna Faye Domantay Arcelona, Aena Marii Corpus Besilia, Karren Marie Tungol Canlas, Erika Anne Manalili Canonizado, and Louis Robianes Cascayan, Fabbette Laire Balahan Lagas, Erika Janine Clemente Lepiten, Gerlene Dom Lorque, Patricia Grace Quinto Mayo, Lyca Faith Sibayan Pasion, iara Romero Yumul, and Cecilia Ivannah Exclamado Zerna.

The tenth placers are: Clarissa Morada Briones (86.60), Patricia Lynne De Guzman Cheng, Quennie Joy Talbo Dizon, Vince Harold Salandanan Ebuen, Dewy Rose Bongato Escueta, Lesly Ann Estonina Escutin, Meri-Yee Mercado Liao, Francis Mae Manonggit Palangdosan, and Sharielle Dimalanta Yanson. — BAP, GMA News
