PNP reports 123 new COVID-19 cases

The Philippine National Police on Saturday reported 123 more coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) cases among its police officers, bringing the total to 20,269.

According to the PNP, total recoveries also rose to 18,535 after 167 more patients recovered from the illness while the death toll remained at 56.

There are 1,678 patients still undergoing treatment.

The Philippines reported 1,046,653 total confirmed COVID-19 cases, of whom 957,051 had recovered and 17,354 had died. — DVM, GMA News
