Six killed in Benguet province road accident — police

Six people were killed in a road accident in Atok town in Benguet province early Sunday morning, a police official said. Cordillera Regional Highway Patrol Unit chief Superintendent Edwin Butacan said the incident occurred at about 2 a.m. in Barangay Balangbang. An initial police investigation showed a Hyundai Grace van (WSY-874) – with 13 passengers coming from Mountain province's Tadian town and heading for Baguio City – fell into a 200-meter ravine.
