Sun.Star: 'Sex scandal' in Bacolod police barracks

An intelligence officer of the Negros Occidental Police Provincial Office (Noppo) is now in "hot water" for recording sex acts inside the police barracks at Camp Alfredo Montelibano, Sr. in Camingan, Bacolod. The policeman, who holds the rank of Police Officer 2, is known to be the former aide camp of a former Noppo director who is now assigned in Camp Crame. In a photo furnished to Sun.Star-Bacolod Wednesday and in a video clip shown at RMN-dyHB Radyo Agong, the cop can be seen with his lady partner in “explicit" sexual acts inside the cop's barracks. Copies of the said photo and video clip are now in the possession of the woman's kin. Charges of abuse and concubinage are now being readied against the two. The lady is married to a seaman while the cop has his own family. The families of both person have requested Sun.Star not to name them yet in this report. The policeman and his partner have reportedly recorded their activities for some time and, after the act, the policeman's partner would call the cop's wife and inform her husband's "inability" to perform well in bed. This prompted the cop's wife to lodge complaint at the Women's Desk of the Bacolod City Police Office. The cop's wife said she will be filing cases of concubinage and abuse against her husband while the husband of the policeman's partner is reportedly returning from a job abroad just to file charges of adultery against his wife. Sun.Star tried but failed to get comment from Noppo Director Rosendo Franco as of Wednesday night. - Sun.Star
