Bulacan teen allegedly rapes, kills 5-year-old girl

A 13-year-old boy alleged raped and killed a 5-year-old girl - a neighbor in a San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan subdivision.

According to a Sunday report on GMA 7 news program “24 Oras Weekend”, the victim's corpse was found Saturday night, stuffed in a sack that was dumped in a vacant lot.

The victim had a rope and bag straps tied around her neck.

Police investigators also found signs of anal penetration on the victim's body.

The subdivision's surveillance cameras recorded how, at around 2:46 p.m., the 13-year-old alleged perpetrator wandered into the victim's home.

After making sure the coast was clear, the suspect came back, lured the 5-year-old out of her house, and led her into a relative’s home.

The suspect came out shirtless a few moments later with the sack in-hand.

On the footage, the victim's mother can seen walking right past the suspect as he was making his way down the street

Authorities have the suspect in custody, and further medico-legal examinations will be made to gather more evidence.

The victim's family meanwhile, were determined to pursue the case against the 13-year-old suspect, who will likely be turned-over to the Department of Social Welfare and Development. — Margaret Claire Layug/DVM, GMA News
