Palawan town under state of emergency due to diarrhea outbreak; 4 dead

A town in Palawan has been placed under a state of emergency due to a diarrhea outbreak, which has killed four people.

A radio dzBB report said Quezon town was placed under a state of calamity after the deaths of four residents due to diarrhea.

The victims were residents of barangays Alfonso VIII and Malatgao in Quezon town.

Citing information from the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council, the report said the outbreak started in Barangay Pinaglabanan.
