Call center agent killed by robbers in Cebu City

A call center agent was killed on Wednesday in Cebu City after she tried to fight off robbers, according to a report on Saksi.

Loraine Temple was on her way home from work about 3 a.m. and was walking along Pope John Paul II Avenue when motorcycle-riding robbers grabbed her bag.

It was reported that Temple, who is trained in Muay Thai, died after she was shot by the suspects.

A relative of the victim said Temple used to drive a car but decided to stop after she was involved in an accident.

The family of Temple, who hails from Zamboanga, were informed of the incident. — BAP, GMA News
