Rogue fireworks injure 3 at UP Lantern Parade
At least the people were injured in a fireworks mishap during UP's annual Lantern Parade Friday. UP Asst. Vice President for Public Affairs Danilo Arao said that the "administration is on top of the situation" and has called for an emergency meeting regarding the incident. Roehl Niño Bautista
