Mike Arroyo asks Sandiganbayan for travel abroad permit

Jose Miguel Arroyo arrives at the Sandiganbayan on Friday to ask the court to allow him to travel to Japan and Hong Kong from June 16 to 21 to attend to business matters. Arroyo has been implicated in the scrapped NBN-ZTE deal and the sale of alleged second-hand choppers to the PNP. Asti Flores
