CDO councilor says polluted rivers can be cleaned
Cagayan de Oro Councilor Alden Bacal shows reporters on Tuesday an image of a once-dirty river in Indiana which had been rehabilitated. Bacal brushed aside criticisms about the Cagayan and Iponan rivers being polluted by mining saying these can be cleaned by the same method.
