Another turtle rescued in Manila Bay
Fisherman Jomer Maestre (center) turns over a hawkbill turtle to Coast Guard personnel after it was fished out near the Manila Bay breakwater on Sunday. A same specie was rescued by MMDA personnel last week after it was found entangled in floating garbage.
