Rains to continue, N. Luzon to experience rough seas

A DOST-PAGASA satellite image as of 8:32 a.m. on Thursday shows that a weather disturbance spotted east of Mindanao has dissolved. However, southwest monsoon will continue to bring rain in some parts of Luzon and Western Visayas. Rough seas in the north have prompted disaster response authorities to remain on standby. GMA News
