Tokyo court: Samsung did not violate Apple patent
Apple's iPhone and Samsung's Galaxy Note are seen in Tokyo on Saturday. A Tokyo court ruled on Friday that Samsung mobile devices did not violate an Apple Inc patent involved in synching mobile devices and computers, awarding the South Korean maker a victory a week after it lost a landmark patent case in the US.
