Richard explores the province riding his bike and digs deeper into the culture that is uniquely Antique.

 

From the old dances like the Dapay-Dapay to the more contemporary unique way of fishing called Lambaklad, where fishermen catch their fishes through dance-like movements.  Can Richard's dancing prowess catch up as he tries to be a Lambaklad fisherman for a day? He joins the locals in a hefty lunch, eating their fresh catch of the day.

 

Being one of the largest producers of sugarcane in the country, Richard also tries harvesting tubo and realizes one of the difficulties a sugarcane field worker encounters almost everyday. Can his strength as a triathlete be at par to a manggagagapas?
