Habagat continues to bring rain even as Typhoon Henry exits, LPA dissipates

Typhoon Henry exited the Philippine Area of Responsibility on Wednesday afternoon, and the low pressure area near PAR has also dissipated.

However, Habagat winds will continue to bring heavy rain to the western section of northern and Central Luzon on Thursday, said GMA's resident meteorologist Nathaniel "Mang Tani" Cruz in a 24 Oras weather report on Wednesday.

Light rain will be experienced in other parts of Luzon on Thursday afternoon, he added.

Meanwhile in Metro Manila, chance of rain is high on Thursday, especially in the evening, data from The Weather Company showed.

Light rain will be experienced in Western and Central Visayas, while a rainy afternoon is expected in the Davao region, Cruz said.
