Heavy rains over NCR, nearby provinces this Monday
Light to moderate to occasional heavy rain has started falling over parts of Metro Manila and at least four nearby provinces as of 9:30 a.m., state weather agency PAGASA said.
In a post on its Facebook page, PAGASA said parts of Bataan, Rizal, Cavite and Zambales provinces are also experiencing heavy rains.

In Zambales, intermittent rain fell on Subic town, GMA News' Julius Segovia reported.

GMA's Segovia also posted photos of the Subic Public Order and Safety Office preparing rescue equipment for possible flooding.
