Light to moderate rain over Mimaropa areas, the Visayas

The Visayas, Bicol Region, Mindoro, Marinduque, and Romblon will experience cloudy conditions accompanied with with light to moderate rain due to the northeast monsoon, weather service PAGASA predicted in a Tuesday morning forecast.

The Cagayan Valley and Cordillera Regions, Aurora, Rizal, and Quezon will meanwhile be cloudy with light rain, with the rest of Luzon to be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated light rain.

Mindanao will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.

Winds will be moderate to strong from the northeast over the whole archipelago with moderate to rough seas. — DVM, GMA News
