The eastern section of southern Luzon and the Visayas will still feel the effects of the tail-end of the cold front, particularly the Bicol region, the eastern Visayas, Surigao del Norte, and Dinagat Islands. These areas will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms brought about by the tail-end of the cold front.
