Scattered rain expected over Aurora, Cagayan Valley Region – PAGASA

The Cagayan Valley Region and Aurora province would experience cloudy conditions with scattered rain due to the northeast monsoon, weather service PAGASA reported in a Wednesday morning forecast.

The northeast monsoon would also bring partly cloudy to cloudy conditions with isolated light rain over the Cordillera Administrative Region and the Ilocos provinces.

The rest of the country would meanwhile be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers.

Winds would be moderate to strong from the north to northeast over Luzon, where coastal waters would be moderate to rough.

Over the rest of the country, winds would be light to moderate from the east to northeast with slight to moderate coastal waters. — DVM, GMA News
