Orange warning alert raised over Metro Manila, Batangas, Cavite

An Orange Warning Level alert has been raised by PAGASA in Metro Manila, Batangas, Cavite on Wednesday evening.

The alert is a warning for residents in the affected area to prepare for possible flooding.

A Yellow Warning alert, meanwhile, was raised in Zambales, Pampanga, Bulacan, Laguna, and Rizal where flooding may occur in low lying areas.

The state weather bureau ass that light to moderate with occasional heavy rains will be affecting Nueva Ecija and Quezon in in the next three hours.

The public and the disaster risk reduction and management councils concerned are advised to take appropriate actions, monitor weather conditions and expect the next advisory that would be issued on 2 a.m. Thursday. — BAP, GMA News
