Yellow rainfall warning up over Bataan, Cavite, Batangas

Bataan, Cavite, and Batangas have been placed under the yellow rainfall warning at 10 a..m. on Saturday.

This means heavy rainfall measuring 7.5 mm/hour to 15 mm/hour is expected to fall within three hours, PAGASA said.

Flooding is possible in areas that are low-lying and near river channels.

Light to moderate with occasional heavy rains meanwhile are pouring over San Antonio, Subic, and Olongapo in Zambales. These rains may continue for the next two to three hours.

In Metro Manila, Pampanga, Bulacan, Rizal, Laguna, and other parts of Zambales, light to moderate rains are to be felt within the next two to three hours.

PAGASA advised residents and disaster risk reduction and management councils concerned to take the necessary precautions. —KG, GMA News
