Scattered rain expected over Palawan, the Visayas, Mindanao

Weather service PAGASA reported in a Tuesday morning forecast that the low-pressure area to the east of Mindanao was 235 kilometers east-southeast of Davao City, Davao del Sur at 3 a.m.

The LPA's trough was expected to bring cloudy conditions accompanied with scattered rain and thunderstorms over Palawan, the Visayas, and over the whole of Mindanao.

Later in the week the LPA was expected to make its way across Mindanao.

Meanwhile, the rest Luzon would be generally fair except for some isolated light rain.

Coastal water across the country's eastern seaboards and over the seaboards of northern Luzon would be moderate to rough, with slight to moderated sea conditions expected over all other coasts. — DVM, GMA News
