Tips: How to prepare for typhoons

With the arrival of potential super typhoon Ompong within the Philippine Area of Responsibility on Wednesday afternoon, Filipinos are bracing for impact.

The National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) earlier said that its preparations for Ompong are at "Yolanda level," but how should normal citizens prepare for the oncoming storm?
