Lovi Poe says 'The Escort' is her most daring role yet

Magbabalik-pelikula ang Kapuso actress at "Someone To Watch Over Me" star na si Lovi Poe bilang bida ng erotic sex drama na "The Escort," kung saan makakapareha niya sina Derek Ramsay at Christopher de Leon.

Bibigyang-buhay ni Lovi ang karakter na si Yassi, isang secretary ng escort company na, aniya, "takes orders but not on the menu."

"I think it is the sexiest I have done. Matagal na panahon din akong nagpahinga sa ganitong klaseng pelikula. Now, I'm back, and suwerte ako na kasama ko si Derek Ramsay at Christopher de Leon," ayon sa Kapuso actress.

Dagdag naman ni Derek, "Dito sa movie, we'll show the side of these escorts. 'Yung buhay nila, hindi nakikita ng iba because they get judged for what they do. We don't look at why they get into this kind of work.

Siniguro raw ng mga bida na makatotohanan ang mga eksenang ginawa nila sa harap ng camera, at inamin nilang isang malaking hamon ito, lalo na sa love scenes.

Sa katunayan, matinding paghahanda ang ginawa nina Derek at Lovi bago ang kanilang unang daring na eksena.

Ayon sa aktres, "It's important to be truthful in an imaginary world. It's not about being carried away, it's about being truthful to what your character is supposed to feel at the moment. It's hard din kasi they are so many people watching and we have to think about camera angles. Maraming factors na kailangang i-consider."

"It's very important that you communicate with director because you want to have the same vision. Everything should be collaborative. What's important is, when we share scenes, all of us, altogether, talagang nagbibigayan kami. Hindi parang mag-isa mo lang gagawin," dagdag pa niya.

Kuwento naman ni Derek, "That's what we're trying to portray—that it's real. I talked to Lovi before the scene. I tell her I'll protect her. Don't worry about the other men watching, I will protect you at all times. Let me just lead everything. We took a few shots of Tanduay, too. We put some background music. We had a game plan with Direk about what he wants to happen."
