Charlene shared a photo collage of her memories with Aga Muhlach on her Instagram account and on the caption she wrote, "Happy 16th Anniversary Bb... @agamuhlach317  Thank you for the many years of love, adventure, happiness & for just being you. We are truly blessed to have you in our lives They say that time flies when you are having fun & our 16 years together went by so fast."
