Maria Ozawa details encounter with TNV driver who invaded her privacy

Actor and business owner Maria Ozawa on Thursday took to social media to share an unpleasant encounter with an Uber driver.

In an now deleted post, Ozawa shared a text message she received from "Ben", who said he got her number from her Uber driver. Uber later informed Ozawa that "Ben" and the Uber driver are the same person.

Ozawa in her initial post said that she changes her name on purpose to avoid encounters like this when using the service before slamming the "unprofessional" drivers who give her number away.

"He made a excuse of saying he got it from the driver when he was the driver . Unbelievable," Ozawa wrote. She added that she's complying with Uber's request to take her initial post down, but she would "sue him/them for sure" if a similar incident happens to her again.

"If people are registered or working as a professional driver they should never bring out their personal emotions," Ozawa declared. "Maybe it’s hard to tell that to all the people but at least in Japan that’s how we were taught in business world. Especially when they handle something personal from their customers."

In 2016, Ozawa also cried foul when a photo of her passport was posted on social media by an alleged employee of the Bureau of Immigration.— LA, GMA News
