Bea Binene promises 'a different Bea' in new GMA series

Bea Binene is ready for a more mature turn when she stars in the upcoming GMA series "Karibal Ko Ang Aking Ina."

At a story conference for the show on Wednesday, Bea said the role, which may include a kissing scene for the teen actress, has forced her out of her bubble.

"Kaya nga pressure siya, wala pang binibigay sa 'kin na role ko na comfort zone ko, parang  bawat teleserye, palagi akong nasa edge," Bea said.

"For a change, different Bea talaga, from the outfits, voice, acting, iba siya kaya nakaka-excite po mag-start, pero nakaka-pressure din mag-start," she added.

In the series, Bea will play Sunshine Cruz's long-lost daughter with Zoren Legaspi in the series, which will also star Benjamin Alves, David Licauco, and Bing Loyzaga. —JST, GMA News
