FDCP chair Liza Diño criticized for wearing a face mask sheet in a meeting

Chairman of Film Development Council of the Philippines Liza Diño has been criticized after apparently wearing a face mask sheet during a meeting.

Liza herself shared the photo showing herself wearing a face mask while she sat on a chair with both of her legs curled up.

In the caption of one of her posts she said she was "multitasking" while wrapping up their last agenda and even tagged their colleague who was seen in the photo.

""Multitasking" while discussing the last agenda of the day. Si Jo Andrew, hindi makatingin. hehehe," Liza wrote in the caption.

Twitter user @MiaMagdalena did not find the photo entertaining and tweeted screenshots of Diño's photos and called the act "unprofessional"

"Ganito magpameeting si madam. She says it’s multitasking. I call it unprofessional," @MiaMagdalena wrote on Twitter.

Another Twitter user Raqs Regalado defended Diño and said she did it "to humor the staff" while they work late on a project at 2am.

Diño replied to the netizen and said the photo was "staged" and it was in fact posted on her personal account.

"This was a staged photo posted on my PERSONAL page. Dear, you might want to check first before making assumptions."

The said Twitter user still dismissed Diño's explanation and called out her action as a public official.

"Hello, Ms. Diño. You were working. You were goofing off. You posted it Publicly. You are head of the FDCP. You work for us, the People. There are those of us not impressed by this particular stunt. These thoughts are based on the photos and captions."

Even Senator Ping Lacson chimed in on the discussion.
