'Eat Bulaga' stars pay tribute to former co-host Richie D'Horsie

Comedian Richie D' Horsie has passed away due to complications of diabetes.

He died in his home at a little past 9:00pm. He was 58 years old.

It was his niece April Escober who confirmed this to various media sources.

Richie, whose real name is Ricardo Reyes is one of the five original hosts of Eat Bulaga, along with Tito Sotto, Vic Sotto, Joey de Leon and Chiqui Hollman.

During a segment on Eat Bulaga, the hosts remembered Richie fondly.

Meanwhile, Joey de Leon and Allan K. both commended their former co-host.

Jose Manalo was a bit emotional when it was his turn and gave this touching message.

"'Chie I love you brad, I love you!

Richie's wake is currently being held at Loyola Memorial Park in Marikina. - MARAH RUIZ, GMANetwork.com
