Rocco Nacino wins gold medal in jiu-jitsu championship

Ipinamalas ng Kapuso actor at “Encantadia” star na si Rocco Nacino ang kaniyang galing sa martial arts kamakailan lamang nang lumahok siya sa Manila International Open 2017: IBJJF Jiu-Jitsu Championship.

Nag-uwi ng gold medal ang aktor mula sa nasabing kompetisyon, na naganap sa SM Mall of Asia nitong Sabado, May 6, at pinangunahan ng International Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Federation.

“You know it's true what they say—if you put your heart to it, you'll achieve whatever goal you have. It was a good day today. Beat fighters from Guam, Taiwan and Korea to bag my first @ibjjf International Gold medal,” aniya sa isang Instagram post.

Dagdag pa ni Rocco, “Happy to have implemented my game plan and made sure my ears were open to listening to my teammates coaching me. Thank you to our coaches and teammates for being there for us! Good day of competing and bonding with friends.”

“This is a milestone in my journey in this beautiful art of Jiu Jitsu! Oss! Para sa iyo ito, Nanay!” pagtatapos niya.

Matapos ang kompetisyon, kasama ni Rocco sa isang simpleng selebrasyon ang kaniyang buong pamilya, na walang-patid umano ang suporta at pagmamahal sa kaniya.
