Talk 'N Text gets No. 2 pick Troy Rosario from Mahindra in 3-way trade

A couple of days after being selected second overall by Mahindra in the the 2015 PBA rookie draft, Troy Rosario is on the move.

 

The Gilas Pilipinas pool member was shipped to Talk 'N Text in a three-team deal that also includes the NLEX Road Warriors.

 

The deal sees Mahindra, formerly known as Kia, acquiring veteran center Rob Reyes from Talk 'N Text and sweet-shooting big men Aldrech Ramos and KG Canaleta from NLEX. The Tropang Texters, meanwhile, also send Kevin Alas to the Road Warriors as part of the trade.

 

Newly-minted PBA commissioner Chito Narvasa approved the trade on Tuesday.

The deal gives Talk 'N Text the top two players in this year's draft, after the Tropang Texters selected Moala Tautuaa first overall on Sunday. Both rookies are members of the Gilas pool. —JST, GMA News
