Coach Chot Reyes releases Gilas Pilipinas Jones Cup roster

Gilas head coach Vincent "Chot" Reyes has announced the roster of players set to represent the country in the forthcoming Jones Cup.

The list was revealed by Reyes on his Twitter account late Tuesday evening.

The lineup include young guns Jio Jalalon, Matthew Wright, Ed Daquioag, RR Pogoy, and Fonso Gotladera. Mac Belo will also be returning for his tour of duty for Gilas.

SEA Games-bound stalwarts Mike Tolomia, Almond Vosotros, Von Pessumal, Kobe Paras, Kevin Ferrer, Carl Bryan Cruz, Raymar Jose, Kiefer Ravena and Christian Standhardinger will also be part of the Jones Cup delegation.

Mike Myers, who was TNT KaTropa's standby import for the PBA Commissioner's Cup, wil serve as reinforcement for the national team.

The 2017 Jones Cup will be held on July 15-23 in Taiwan. Last year's Philippine representative, Mighty Sports, brought home the gold in the said tourney.
