MANILA, Philippines – Police authorities on Tuesday morning found the body of a suspected salvage victim in Bacoor town in Cavite province.

Citing reports from Bacoor’s Scene of the Crime Operatives (SOCO), PO2 Romar Sinong of the Bacoor police said the unidentified man might have been strangled to death because he had rope marks on his neck.
