Weather: Rains over Metro Manila expected to last until Monday afternoon
The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said the rains over Metro Manila will last until Monday afternoon but the weather will gradually improve by the evening.
In an interview over radio dzBB, PAGASA forecaster Jori Loiz said "By tomorrow mag-iimprove na ang weather sa Metro Manila."
Meanwhile, PAGASA's 11:00 a.m. advisory said the tail-end of a cold front will continue to bring mostly cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms in Northern and Central Luzon.
PAGASA said this will become cloudy with widespread rains over its eastern sections.
"Residents living in low-lying areas and along mountain slopes are advised to be on alert for possible occurrence of flashfloods and landslides," it said. - VVP, GMA News
