PSBank to pay stockholders 1.5% cash dividend
The Philippine Savings Bank (PSBank) on Wednesday said it will release P36.04 million in cash dividends next March to holders of common shares.
The cash dividend is equivalent to P0.15 per share.
PSBank said that stockholders on record as of March 8 are entitled to the cash dividend, said PSBank chief finance officer Perfecto Ramon Dimayuga Jr. in a letter to the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE).
“Dividend checks, which will reflect the total amount… and shall be available on 23 March 2012 (payment date),” his letter read.
“The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas approved the 1.5% regular cash dividend declared by the Philippine Savings Bank for the fourth quarter of 2011 amounting to P36.04 million, payable to all common stockholders,” Dimayuga told the PSE. — RRD/VS, GMA News
