The Last Will and Testament of the late Rep. Ignacio T. Arroyo
Submitted to the chancery division of the High Court in London by Mary Grace Ibuna is a purported Last Will and Testament of the late Negros Occidental Representative Ignacio.
The will is dated March 27, 2009, signed by Arroyo and attested to by two witnesses. Together with the will is a "Declaration of Trust" which provides that all income of Arroyo's estate, placed in the trust, will be given only to Ibuna.
Arroyo died in London on January 26. The London court granted joint custody of his remains to Ibuna and Arroyo's eldest daughter Bernardina Arroyo Tantoco.
