Petron to lower diesel but raise unleaded gasoline prices

Petron Corp. will cut the price of its diesel products as well as kerosene, regular and Pinoy gasoline, the company said in a tweet late Monday.   The lower prices will take effect starting 6 a.m. Tuesday.   However, Petron will also raise by P0.30 per liter the prices of its premium gasoline products Blaze 100 and XCS and Xtra.   “We will implement the following price rollbacks (VAT inclusive), effective 6 a.m. tomorrow, April 10: P0.50 per liter for DieselMax and Turbo Diesel, P0.40 per liter for kerosene, and P0.30 per liter for regular and Pinoy gasoline," the company said.   “This is to reflect movements in the international oil market,” it added. —RRD /VS, GMA News
