Taiwanese Coast Guard operatives arrested a Filipino crew member of a Taiwanese fishing boat for allegedly threatening to kill the vessel's captain last week.   The news site Central News Agency (CNA) said the fishing boat "Yu Fu Chuen No. 1" was escorted back to Taiwan's Kaohsiung Port on Sunday after the captain reported the supposed threat on Wednesday.   The report said the Filipino worker has been arrested and faces further investigation.   A fisherman's association in Donggang, Pingtung County said the captain, surnamed Tsai, sent a distressed call when the vessel was about 17 degrees north and 127 degrees east in the Philippine waters. The incident reportedly happened after the captain intervened in a quarrel between two of the boat's seven Filipino crew members. The Taiwanese Coast Guard then dispatched a vessel which reached the fishing boat on Thursday night. At the time, Tsai had locked himself in the cabin for his safety, the report said. - VVP, GMA News
