Oil companies to lower pump prices anew

After last week’s oil price rollback, oil companies are cutting pump prices again starting after midnight on Tuesday.   Petron Corp. is cutting the price of premium gas, Pinoy gas, and regular gas by P0.65 per liter, diesel by P0.30/liter, and kerosene by P0.40/liter.   Pilipinas Shell Petroleum Corp. is also cutting the price of premium gas by P0.60/liter, regular gas by 0.65/liter, diesel by P0.30/liter, and kerosene by P0.40/liter.   Independent Eastern Petroleum is rolling back by P0.70/liter the price of its premium gas, and by P0.40/liter the price of diesel.   On Sunday, Unioil had rolled back its the price of its unleaded gas by P0.70/liter and diesel by P0.40/liter.   This is the second oil price rollback in two weeks.   Just last week, Unioil cut the price of its diesel by P1.65/liter and gasoline  by P1.50/liter.   Petron also cut its prices last week by P1.70/liter for premium gasoline, P1.60/liter for Pinoy gasoline and regular gasoline, P1.60  for diesel, and P1.50  for kerosene.   Phoenix Petroleum also did a rollback by P0.70/liter for regular gasoline and P0.60/liter for diesel. —AE/VS, GMA News
