Arnaldo Galang presents a mix of elements through a fusion of prints, patterns and texture.
The second day of Philippine Fashion Week at SMX Convention Center concluded with a fashion offering from four designers: Arnaldo Galang, M Barretto, Ronaldo Arnaldo, and Jun Jun Cambe.

Arnaldo Galang's "A Metamorphosis of Elements" delved in the revolutionary upheaval of fusion and disconnections as he combined unconventional fabric choices in the creation of silhouettes with lucid prints and silver-tongued patterns.

On the other hand, M. Barreto's collection provided a brand new perspective to uniformed, preppy, and sophisticated looks with the incorporation of urban military and graffiti culture in the disassembly and recreation of a new vogue.

Moreover, Ronaldo Arnaldo remained faithful to the promise of monochromatic elegance as he took advantage of shapes, lines, textures, and volume in the creation of flattering couture.

Finally, Jun Jun Cambe brought Asian-Indian influence in "Bollywood," a repertoire of deconstructed silhouettes in crinkled silk, skin-tone power knits and intricate embroidery. –KG, GMA News
