At least 30 people were reported injured after a shuttle bus they were riding figured in an accident along the South Luzon Expressway Tuesday night.

 

The injured were employees of a company and were brought to a hospital for treatment, according to a report on radio dzBB early Wednesday.

 

Initial investigation showed the bus was traveling along the northbound part of SLEX Tuesday night when it went out of control and crashed.

 

Police are verifying initial findings the bus was traveling fast, and that it went out of control also because of the slippery road at the time.

 

Heavy rain had fallen on Metro Manila and nearby provinces Tuesday due to a low-pressure area. –KG, GMA News
