July 17, 2012 11:00pm
A Filipina housemaid allegedly prevented anyone, even the police, from entering the bedroom of deceased billionaire Eva Rausing, who was believed to have died four weeks before her body was discovered in Belgravia, London on July 10.

According to a report of the news site Daily Mail Online on July 15, Mrs. Rausing's body was discovered only after the "police forced their way past a Filipino employee shouting ‘out of bounds, out of bounds’ as they searched for drugs."

The report said the cops were alerted by "a strong smell of decomposition after arriving at the sprawling £70million Georgian mansion several hours after arresting her husband."

Mrs. Rausing's husband is Hans Kristian Rausing, 49, of the £4.5-billion Tetra Pak packaging empire.

Although Mr. Rausing was arrested on suspicion of murdering his wife, he cannot be interviewed yet until the hospital declares him "medically fit."

Aside from the statements of friends and neighbors, the report said investigators are studying CCTV, bank and phone records, to determine the cause of the death of Mrs. Rausing, 48.

As Mrs. Rausing's body was already in an advanced stage of decomposition when it was found, probers are having difficulties determining the cause of her death. - VVP, GMA News
