Some areas in Makati City flooded
Some areas in Makati City were flooded as rain fell on parts of Metro Manila Sunday afternoon.
The Makati City's traffic Twitter account noted many streets were flooded but were still passable as of 5:30 p.m.
It said these included:
- Chino Roces corner Montojo, 3 to 4 inches high, passable.
- Aranda, 5 to 6 inches high, passable.
- Ponte corner Yague, 5 inches high, passable.
- Mascardo cor. Davila Sts., 3 inches high, passable.
Meanwhile, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration issued a yellow warning signal for Metro Manila.
It noted rainfall over Science Garden in Quezon City, Port Area in Manila, La Mesa Dam and Caloocan City. — LBG, GMA News
