President Benigno Aquino III has arrived at the Batasang Pambansa Complex in Quezon City to deliver his third State of the Nation Address (SONA).
 
Taking the presidential limousine, Aquino arrived at around 3:40 p.m. Monday and went straight to the Presidential Legislative Liaison Office near the Batasan plenary hall.
 
Accompanying the President were Senate President Juan Ponce Enrile and House Speaker Feliciano Belmonte.
 
Government officials, legislators, diplomats, and other top political figures arrived earlier at the Batasan for Aquino's SONA, which is scheduled to start at 4 p.m. - Gian C. Geronimo/YA, GMA News
