Iranian driver of sports vehicle hits two taxis in Manila
An Iranian driving a sports utility vehicle hit two taxis in Ermita, Manila on Thursday, a report of radio dzBB's Manny Vargas said.
The report said the accident happened at the corner of Remedios and Agoncillo Streets in Ermita before dawn.
The Iranian, Shavani Esnan, was found driving without a license and faces charges of reckless imprudence resulting in damage to property and physical injuries.
The police said the SUV driven by the Iranian went out of control and hit two taxis, wrecking them.
Taxi driver Romeo Alonto, 52, and passenger Erwin Itaralde, 40, were rushed to the Philippine General Hospital emergency room because of the accident. - VVP, GMA News
