The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) attributed Sunday night's rain to the southwest monsoon enhanced by Gener, as well as a shallow low-pressure area that passed through Luzon for a few hours. — AL/DVM, GMA News
