PAGASA downgrades rainfall advisory to yellow; UP Manila suspends classes

Meanwhile, the University of the Philippines Manila campus suspended classes shortly before 9 a.m.
It tweeted the Office of the Chancellor ordered the suspension of Saturday classes in UP Manila.
Office work at the UP Manila was also suspended, but Philippine General Hospital operations will "continue as usual." — LBG, GMA News
