The hosts of variety show “Manny Many Prizes” are excited over their special live show on September 16 at the Gibson Theatre, Universal Studios Hollywood, California.
As GMA Pinoy TV celebrates its seventh anniversary this year, some of today's hottest Kapuso stars are heading off to Los Angeles, California for the much-awaited Kapuso Goes Universal with the "Manny Many Prizes" special on Sunday. The show will be led by Saranggani Rep. and Filipino boxing icon Manny Pacquiao along with other Kapuso stars such as Paolo Contis, Gladys Guevarra, Onyok Velasco, and Pekto.
In an interview with reporter Lhar Santiago for GMA Network's “24 Oras” newscast, co-host Rhian Ramos said, “Happy ako dahil miss na miss ko na ang MMP family ko at mas makakabonding ko pa sila lalo at nandito kami sa Los Angeles.” “Nakikita ko kasi kung gaano kasaya yung mga Pinoy sa Pilipinas kapag nag sh-show kami para sa kanila so masaya ako na mabibigay din namin yun [sa mga supporters sa LA],” Rhian added. Meanwhile, co-host Solenn Heussaff was also excited about the special episode which was going to be her first show abroad. “Super fun sa MMP at ito yung first show ko abroad din so sobrang excited. Fun naman yung group na ito so I’m very excited for the Gibson theatre,” she said. Tickets cost $80 inclusive of a whole-day unlimited ride pass at Universal Studios carrying the theme “Transformers: The Ride 3D.” There will also be a meet and greet session with the Kapuso stars led by Kapuso hunk and Protégé host Dingdong Dantes. - Andrei Medina, VVP, GMA News
