Banking on the success of their previous partnership, CDC Holdings Inc. and The Ascott Limited are forging into another venture –  the P2.5-billion Citadines Millennium Ortigas Manila.
 
The companies have been in business since 2000 in Somerset Millennium Makati. “We saw growth in our previous partnership, and that’s why we decided to embark in this exciting new project in Ortigas,” CDC Holdings vice president for Sales and Marketing Charlene D. Chua told reporters in a briefing Tuesday in Makati City.
 
“Investors would be interested in this project, since it’s in a prime commercial district. We also see it as a home for individuals and families who prefer an urban lifestyle,” Chua added.
 
To be completed in March 2015, the 210-unit development at the corner of Ortigas Avenue and Sapphire Street targets expatriates and business travelers for its fully-furnished studios, one- bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments. — VS, GMA News
