PAGASA: Palawan, Mindoro, Visayas to be cloudy with rains

The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration, in its Saturday, 5 a.m. weather report, forecast cloudy skies with occasional moderate to heavy rains and thunderstorms over Palawan, Mindoro and the Visayas.
Meanwhile, Metro Manila and the rest of the country is projected to have partly cloudy skies, with brief rainshowers or thunderstorms.
Moderate to strong winds from the northeast to north will prevail over the Cordillera Administrative Region, Cagayan valley, Ilocos region and Bicol region. Winds from the southwest to south will prevail over the western Visayas and the rest of Luzon.
Coastal waters along these areas will be moderate to rough.
Elsewhere, light to moderate winds coming from the southwest to northwest will prevail. These areas will have slight to moderate seas. — DVM, GMA News
